Third Step: Shift Selection
The following shifts are worth Double Hours for Your Groups:
Beverage Leader
Floaters who aid/show volunteers the proper technique of pouring beer. They also roam the site and are responsible for any beer issues that need to be addressed in their area(s).
Age Requirement: 21 years old and older - ADULTS
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in the current volunteer program
Must be able to stand/walk the entire shift.
Must be able to serve beer & train volunteers on the proper beer pouring technique.
Booth Sitter Captain:
Manages booth sitter hotline and assigns booth sitters assignments during shift.
Age Requirement: 21 years old and older
Qualifications:
-At least one year of experience in the current volunteer program
-Ability to delegate and manage other volunteers
Volunteer Check In Helper
Assist Volunteer Coordinator at Volunteer Check-in by checking in volunteers, giving them appropriate volunteer necessities, explaining positions and directions.
Age Requirement: 16 years and older
Qualifications: Must be willing to use iPads and laptops to check-in volunteers
